TOM BRIZZALORA

Principal

With 27 years in the industry, Tom is a seasoned commercial roofing professional. He started out as an installer and transitioned into sales, advancing to a single point of contact for a global manufacturing company (now known as Elevate™). 

 

In 2007, he joined ACS as an Outside Sales Representative, building brand recognition for elite manufacturing products among architects, specifiers, and contractors. His expertise quickly propelled him into a leadership role as a Principal of ACS. He drives the company's growth and success, ensuring ACS’s position as a highly reputable and trusted resource in commercial roofing. 

 

Tom attended Northern Illinois University and in his spare time, enjoys spending time with his family and watching sports.

clint wyckoff

Principal, Representative for Eastern North Carolina

Clint brings over two decades of experience to his role as a Principal and Sales Representative at ACS. With 19 years of experience with a global manufacturing company, now known as Elevate™, Clint amassed a wealth of expertise in various aspects of the industry.


Leveraging that experience, he joined ACS in 2017. From technical services and quality assurance, to estimating and warranty investigation, Clint's diverse background has equipped him to excel in his current role. In 2023, Clint's exceptional performance and leadership abilities earned him a role as Principal at ACS. In this dual role, he continues to serve as a trusted representative for Eastern North Carolina, while also providing strategic guidance and direction to the team.

 

Outside of work, Clint enjoys traveling and camping with his family, hiking, cycling and other outdoor activities.

steve ferguson

Technical Services, North Carolina & South Carolina

Steve is a graduate of Mars Hills University and has worked with ACS for 28 years, beginning as a Regional Manager.  His background includes negotiation, budgeting, technical, and sales development.

 

His technical and sales expertise quickly led to his role as a Principal and Technical Sales Advisor at ACS. Currently, he leads the technical services division for our customers throughout North Carolina and South Carolina, working with architects, specifiers, and contractors in various aspects of commercial roofing builds.

 

In his spare time, he enjoys RV'ing with his wife, cheering on his grandson on the soccer field, and indulging in his passion for college football, basketball, and baseball.

Customer Service Manager, Inside Sales & Customer Service

Donna has been a staple in the local roofing community since 1981, when she began working with N.B. Handy. When the owners started Atlantic Construction Sales in 1991, Donna came onboard and has never looked back.

 

For over 40 years, Donna has developed relationships with our customer base, becoming one of the most trusted resources in sales. She genuinely values her role and the relationships she has made, and her success is based on her determination to provide the best service in the industry. She's been a customer favorite for forty years, with no signs of slowing down. 

 

Outside of work, Donna loves to spend time with her children and grandchildren, as well as baking, quilting, and gardening.

Inside Sales & Customer Service

After receiving a B.A. in Economics from Randolph College, Dawn began working as an Inside Sales Rep and Customer Service Specialist at ACS in 1993. Her wealth of knowledge and skills are based on her willingness to assist and her self-motivated quest to continually grow in her professional and personal life.


She enjoys her job and the relationships that she has built. Over the last 30 years, she's become a valued customer resource due to her dependability and willingness to assist.

 

When she's not working, Dawn enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.

Inside Sales & Customer Service

Amanda joined ACS in 2017, making a seamless transition from respiratory therapy to the commercial roofing industry, driven by her passion for connecting with people and nurturing relationships. She brings a unique blend of compassion and professionalism to her role as an Inside Sales Representative and Customer Service Representative. 


She loves her relationships with our customers, thriving on meaningful connections with customers and her team alike. She plays a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience at ACS. 


She's also a dedicated wife and mother. She loves spending time with her husband, children, and dogs at the lake every chance she gets.

Technical Services, Virginia

With over 26 years of diverse experience in the roofing industry, Dave is a valued member of the ACS team. After serving his country in the Navy, Dave transitioned into a career as a technical representative for major manufacturers, including John Manville and the company now known as Elevate™.


Since joining ACS in 2012 as an Outside Sales Representative, Dave has been instrumental in fostering strong relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service. Today, he serves as the Technical Services Advisor for Virginia, leveraging his wealth of knowledge and expertise to provide invaluable support to customers across the region.


Outside of work, Dave treasures his time with family. As a proud father of two children and grandfather to three grandchildren, he understands the importance of work-life balance and pursuing his hobbies, which include golfing, gardening, and exploring new culinary adventures in the kitchen.

Representative, Central North Carolina

Gib lives and breathes sales. Raised by a father who excelled as a traveling salesman, Gib absorbed a wealth of knowledge before even stepping foot into his first official role. Building upon this foundation, Gib honed his skills and developed an innate understanding of customer needs and market dynamics in various organizations including Flintkote, JR Morgan, and ISI.


In 2009, Gib found his home at ACS, where he embarked on a journey marked by excellence and achievement. Quickly establishing himself as a standout Outside Sales Representative, Gib has consistently delivered exceptional results, earning the trust and admiration of clients and colleagues alike for nearly 50 years.


In his spare time, he enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.

bryan buckner

Representative, South Carolina

Bryan brings over 25 years of invaluable experience in the commercial roofing industry to his role as an Outside Sales Representative for South Carolina. Armed with his extensive knowledge and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Bluefield State University, Bryan is well versed in all things commercial roofing. 


He developed his expertise with over a decade in branch management and sales at companies such as Beacon Building Products and SRS Distribution. Bryan’s keen understanding of market dynamics have positioned him as a trusted partner to clients throughout his territory.


In his time outside of work, Bryan enjoys spending time with his family, being active in community organizations, and golfing.

Representative, Virginia

Jae currently serves as the Outside Sales Representative for Virginia at ACS. Prior to joining ACS in 2021, Jae held management and sales roles with leading companies such as ABC Supply and SRS Distribution. His experience encompasses branch management, commercial sales, and regional sales, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry landscape.


With a career spanning over 20 years in the commercial roofing sector, Jae has established himself as a trusted partner for our customers. His ability to navigate complex projects and provide solutions has earned him a reputation for excellence among his peers and customers alike.

 

Outside of work, Jae is an avid Cleveland sports fan that loves to spend time with his family and pets, and grilling feasts on one of his many grills.

patrick mulligan

Representative, Charlotte & Western North Carolina

Pat brings over a decade of diverse experience in the commercial roofing industry, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Elizabethtown College. Pat’s career in commercial roofing began with Versico, where he began as a customer service representative and steadily progressed to inside sales and technical sales roles.


He joined ACS in 2023 and currently is the Outside Sales Representative for Charlotte and Western North Carolina. Pat brings a unique wealth of knowledge built on technical knowledge and sales, as well as business development, to offer customized solutions to our customers. His passion for growth and innovation has quickly made him a valuable asset to the ACS team.



Outside of work, Pat enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, cooking, and smoking meat.
